As an Evening Part-Time Associate, you will be the face of our store after hours, ensuring our community has access to quality products in a welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on our inclusive culture and commitment to employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with finding products within the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing various payment methods and handling transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with basic stock replenishment during your shift.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding store policies and product information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Must pass a background check.
