Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening and late-night hours
- Master extensive beverage menus including craft cocktails and wine pairings
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Maintain immaculate dining presentation and cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, personalized solutions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM) including weekends
- Valid California Food Handler certification
- Expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

- Must be 21+ to comply with alcohol service regulations
