Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover
- Process payments accurately and reconcile nightly reports
- Maintain pristine dining and service areas per health standards
- Train and mentor new evening associates
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
