Responsibilities

- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Los Angeles nightlife industry preferred
- Proficient in POS systems and digital reservation tools
- Valid California food handler certification
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Fluent in English with additional language a plus
