Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
