Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and present artisanal cocktails, wine selections, and gourmet dishes
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments using POS systems while maintaining financial accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain pristine dining environment through continuous table maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine pairings and mixology preferred
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
