Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at restaurants, lounges, and event venues
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Must be 18+ with valid work authorization
- Spanish fluency a plus for Miami market
