Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage evening reservations and coordinate with dining/entertainment partners
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure lobby and common areas are impeccably presented
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Collaborate with security team for evening safety protocols
- Process late check-ins and troubleshoot guest concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Tennessee hospitality certification (training provided)
- Valid driver's license for vault position (optional)
