Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and operate POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and serve food/beverages maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless evening service transitions
- Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols during all shifts
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive ambiance
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
