Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve beverages, appetizers, and light menu items
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush periods
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Evening and weekend availability (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
