Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Operate reservation systems and payment processing
- Maintain clean, organized public areas
- Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Evening/weekend availability required
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Micros)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Georgia ID or driver's license
