Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out services to high-volume guest traffic
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas during evening shifts
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) including weekends
- Proficient in reservation systems and basic software applications
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid NV driver's license for valet operations
