Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with event coordination for evening functions and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
