Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
- Perform nightly audit procedures and financial reconciliation
- Maintain pristine lobby, reception area, and common spaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera/Micros a plus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak evening hours
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
