Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during evening shifts

- Manage room assignments and key distribution efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor lobby activity and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with special event preparations and guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with hotel management software and basic office tools
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
