Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during evening hours

- Assist with luggage handling and guest requests
- Maintain accurate front desk records and billing information
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 3 PM - 11 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
