Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and problem resolution
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest management as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
