Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Prepare evening reports and maintain detailed guest logs
- Ensure lobby and common areas are impeccably maintained throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
