Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to evening patrons at our premium downtown location
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations using our proprietary hospitality system
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all guest-facing areas
- Assist with event setup and special evening function coordination
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
