- Collaborate with overnight staff for seamless shift transitions
- Maintain pristine common areas and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic tech tools
