Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and safety standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Support event coordination and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Team player with collaborative mindset
- Valid Tennessee food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain)
