Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening dining hours
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service delivery
- Execute opening/closing duties for assigned station
- Upsell premium menu items and beverage selections
- Maintain pristine dining ambiance and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Proficiency in POS systems (Toast/Revel preferred)
- NYC Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
