Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain immaculate venue cleanliness and ambiance
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and poise
- Collaborate with team members during peak evening hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly (minimum 15 hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
