Join Seattle's premier boutique hotel as an Evening Guest Experience Associate and become the heart of our vibrant downtown property. This role offers the perfect blend of hospitality excellence and Seattle's electric nightlife scene. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Operate hotel management systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation arrangements
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak evening hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience
- Positive attitude and commitment to luxury service standards
