Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow during events
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with attendee questions
- Monitor inventory and report supply needs to event coordinators
- Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event experiences
- Document shift activities and submit daily timecards for immediate payment
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Evening/weekend availability (4 PM - 12 AM shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
