Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and private events
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate ticket scanning systems and assist with entry procedures
- Distribute promotional materials and collect guest feedback
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries
- Complete end-of-shift cash reconciliation and paperwork
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong customer service communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
