Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow and continuity of service.
- Adhere to company quality standards and SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services to existing clients.
Qualifications
