Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into our CRM database.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
