Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with event coordination and venue preparations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Collaborate with evening shift team members to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking activities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) including weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation needed)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
