Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening guests and visitors
- Manage reservations and walk-in inquiries with efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for venue operations
- Assist with event setup and guest seating arrangements
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
