Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest requests during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Address guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless evening operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Proficient with basic computer systems and POS software
- Positive attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours weekly
- San Diego residency preferred
