Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support loss prevention procedures and security protocols
- Participate in evening team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to downtown Oakland location
