Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and pallets to ensure optimal inventory levels and visual appeal.
- Organize product displays to align with company merchandising standards and safety regulations.
- Operate inventory scanning equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, RF guns) to track stock levels accurately.
- Perform daily cleanup and sanitation of the sales floor, breakrooms, and storage areas.
- Assist customers with locating specific products and answer basic inquiries.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols regarding heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with the morning management team to coordinate stock delivery and workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or stockroom roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
