Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and efficiently stock shelves during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Operate provided pallet jacks, ladders, and stocking tools to arrange merchandise
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO principles
- Maintain organized stockrooms and clean sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve inventory targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently (4:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Blvd location
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
- No prior experience required – equipment training provided
