Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex cases effectively
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through positive communication
- Process payments, orders, and returns while adhering to company policies
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills

- Availability to work evenings (3 PM - 11 PM) weekends
