- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Nevada gaming license or ability to obtain
