Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available for consistent evening shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
