Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and technical support escalations
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex solutions
- Maintain service quality metrics and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in evening shift rotations (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable
