Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers entering our Minneapolis store.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Inventory: Help maintain product displays and assist with stock replenishment.
- Communication: Relay customer feedback and inquiries to the management team.
- Store Standards: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a positive attitude are essential.
