Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Process orders, verify information, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
