Qualifications

- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts calmly.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
