Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software applications.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.
