Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience in a technical or retail environment is a plus.
