Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening guests and visitors
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams
- Maintain clean and organized reception areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
