Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the company CRM.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product catalogs and service policies.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers and standard software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote work options.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
