Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and checkout processes efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and emails to resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
