Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process customer transactions, including payments and returns, efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
