Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash handling duties responsibly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment during shift changes.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a polite, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a valid driver's license (preferred).
