Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to users with a high degree of empathy.
- Log all interactions and issues into our CRM ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow) accurately.
- Collaborate with the daytime support team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity.
- Maintain a high satisfaction score by delivering personalized and professional service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of requests during peak hours.
