Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve signature coffee/espresso beverages using premium Verve beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cafe environment during peak evening operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management
- Share coffee knowledge to educate customers on brewing techniques and product origins
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food/beverage service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Passion for specialty coffee and customer-centric mindset
